Shannyn grew up in the area, graduated from UW-Eau Claire, and has been selling real estate here since 2009. She owns Property Shoppe Realty, the independent brokerage she founded in 2017, based in Eau Claire.
She served as 2025 President of the REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin, where she is now Immediate Past President. She is the regional director for the Wisconsin Builders Association (WBA) and sits on the boards of the Chippewa Valley Home Builders Association, Downtown Eau Claire Inc. and the Foundation of RANWW.
